Drip edge
In case the awning is mounted on the facade of your building that does not have an additional eaves, it is necessary to install an aluminium protective drip edge that will prevent water leakage between the awning and the wall.
Electromotor
Motorised and automated systems guaranteed by an excellent partner such as Somfy. The motors are practically invisible, located inside the roller that retracts the fabric. Power is variable depending on the size of the awning.
Wind sensor
It is important that awning is closed if the wind is stronger than the products maximum resistance values. The wind sensor is connected to the electrical motor that rolls the fabric up as soon as the wind exceeds the maximum allowed speed.
